HRT 'ESTREVA' RESPONSE TO COCCINELLE

I am hypothyroid. My daily dosage was decreased from 100mcg, a couple of months ago to 65 mcg, due to a lab test that read: hyper thyroid. I had an ultrsound which showed nodules -- low thyroid. Still I was kept on 65 mcg dosage...
I then travelled to another country and wasn't feeling good. I went for a lab test and the results came back low thyroid which led the doctor to give me a higher dosage of 77mcg. I took this for a while yet still felt symtoms of low thyroid... three months later my lab test on 77mcg  showed I was within normal range, although it l was at the lower end of normal. Seeing this, I asked  for the dosage to be increased to 100mcg again .. I am still wondering if this to low .... as I seem to have slight leg cramping sometimes.
When I was unwell, I thought maybe I had fibromyalga due to the fatique... and related symptoms especially muscle soreness some days... still trying to figure this out...
The increase to 100mcg -- synthroid -- levothyroxine has helped me as far as gaining more energy....
I wasn't on hrt at the time due to the fact that when I was on it before I  seemed to make me hyper. Recently I went back on Estreva, taking two pumps per day to see if this helps. I intend to stay on hrt .. as I am postmenopausal since five years. I have had a hysterectomy and one ovary removed.
My mind is more sharpe and I seem to have more energy, but I have noticed  a lower sore  back some days as what coccinelle has mentionned, then slight cramping of the legs. I am wanting to ask coccinelle what was her intial dose of hrt -- and  then what was the dose she raised it to obtaining her sore back...?
At the moment I am trying to balance out the proper hrt pump dosage as well as the thyroid dosage...

Thanks for responding C. The dosage I am taking is two pressions of the pump.. one for each arm. Most women in Europe take this dosage, I was prescribed this dosage by a doctor there.. I would like to know how many pressions of this hrt can be applied without over doing it ? What are the symptoms one is taking too much?
I am using bio identical hrt estreva..
Regards...

You un my opinion should stay on the hrt make sure its bio identical if you switch it very often takes up to 5 trys to get the right med for your anatomy.

also there is a tremendous amout of women whi develop tyriod problems post menopause infact the ratio is one out of ten.
