How well have people done on natural hormones after total hysterctomy?

I was put on the vivelle patch after a total hysterectomy in May of this year and I have had too many
side effects and besides that I got scared by going in the hospital for 3 days from it. I was taken
off of it and I don't like all the risk of these synthetic hormones. I am going to start a natural phytoestrogen &
progesterone because my mom takes them and is doing fine plus I have done some research on the computer
about this and have seen alot of positives. I need to do something because I am suffering. Any feedback
would be greatly appreciated. Have a Blessed Day!

I am starting with phytoestrogen w/isoflavone (This has the black cohosh in it) and progesterone cream. . All the synthetic stuff did for me is make me sick so, I have researched alot recently b/c I got sick. I actually spoke to someone who has a radio show and talks about natural approaches and they said I could come in for testing so I could do the biodentical route but it is very expensive an they do not take insurance which really stinks. It is rough being a woman isn't it but we will all get through it if we just trust in God. Thanks for the reply and support.

can you tell me what you mean by natural hormones? premarin is a hormone replacement made from the urine of a female horse..I dont recomed it. Vivelle worked for me///trying to get hormones right is hit and miss keep trying you will get it...if your currently taking nothing try this herbal its called Black Kosch or sometimes spelled Black Cosch...same thing it helps alot with hot flashes and night sweats..not so much other symptoms.

We have a member here Mary53  go to her home page and read her research on bio identical hormones it is fabulous...Pleas re-direct any questions to me . Mary has requested so as very kind as she is she simply has not time to answer questions . Is very very busy w job.

thank you and have a blessed day yourself.
