I had a partial hysterectomy, but feel 10/11 weeks pregnant

I was wondering if you can carry to term a child after haveing a partial hysterectomy? I had my womb removed and had no cervix, I still have my overies. I'm haveing some pregnancy symptoms, I feel sick sometimes(but have been stressed out in last week) lower back pains sometimes, in first 4 weeks after intercourse, I had a really bad case of lower back pain. My nipples changed colour in first few weeks, but now are okay. My stomach was bloated a bit at first, now it's a bit even on the other side, it also feels slightly harder on the right side then the left, It really feels I am pregnant, but am scared to tell anyone in case I'm building my hopes up or am going crazy. Can somone help me?

You need to see your Gynecologist. I wish I could tell you what is going on but I'm not sure. Your Dr will give you an exam and maybe run some tests.

Echo that advice.  Please go see your Dr.  They should do an ultrasound of the ovaries.  Have had this done.  It is painless.

No. If you've had your uterus and cervix removed you can not get pregnant.
How long ago did you have your surgery? The back pain is a little common after this surgery, but not if it's been going on for a long time.
It sounds like you need to see your Dr about the pain, bloating and hardness on your right side. Please let us know what your Dr says. We're here to talk with you, okay. Take care. Remar
