Low estrogen cofirmed by doctor?

Nurse called and confirmed that my estrogen level was low and that is why I have been suffering.
They had me on the vivelle but it did not work plus the terrible side effects. They wanted to put me
on Enjuvea which is another synthetic hormone with basically the same possible side effects. I told
them I was going to try the phytoestrogen therapy vitamin with isoflavone and the progesterone cream
because it is a natural approach. What td you all think????????? Also, how long do you think before
I should start seeing some results from this combination?

Thanks for the advice but the Phytoestrogen vitamins that I take do have black kosh in them but obviously are not working with me or maybe I need more of it. I am not sure. Or I need more of the progesterone cream. I guess I just need to find me a biodentical doctor because I just decided to go with these combos because my mother uses these combonations any they work for her but like they say, everyone is different. I just don't have the funds to go to a bio doc right not b/c as you probably know they do not take insurance. You try to do the right things and not take all these harmful syntheic drugs but there always seems to be a road block if you know what I mean. What about this guy Dr. Lee on the internet and his book an formulas of stuff to take? Has anybody heard of him.

I have been taking the phytoestrogen and progesterone cream for 2 weeks now. I have a little more energy and the depression/anxiety has pretty much subsided but I am still getting some headaches and some hot flashes during the day plus bad night sweat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on getting rid of these hot flashes. Whew!! I also take plenty of vitamins because have been fighting bronchitis and sinuses.

Taking any kind of hormone therapy is a personal choice but I think if you are going to use it natural is the best way to go. I hope it works for you. Really it's hard to tell when you will get results because we're all so different. Let us know how things go and take care. Remar
