Pain 3 years after Hysterctomy

Hello, I had a hysterectomy 3 1/2 years ago during which my uterus, cervis and fallpian tubes were removed. I have a portion of my righ ovary that was left for horomonal purposes. I had severe endometreois, PID, PCOS and uterine fibroids over the years. I also suffered from infertiily and was never able to have a child. My husband and I went through 2 rounds on invitro with no success. Over the last couple of months I have had increasing pain in my lower legs. Now, I have bloating, pressure and feel a little "crampy". I also have an increased feeling of the need to urinate. Any idea what this could be?

You can still have endo tissue in your body even after removal of the uterus, sadly.  It doesn't vanish when it is already throughout your body, unfortunately.  It can even migrate to the eyes!  (good grief)  (that is very rare)

I have a friend who is still struggling, many years after total hyster  Sorry to be downer :(

Sure hoping all is well and best wishes.....

it could be scar tissue, or addhesions, or possibly a growth of some kind it could be your bladder has prolapsed. I doubt its endometrial tissue since you dont have a uterus to shed endometrial cells.

This merits a trip to the good ole gyn, get ready for the stirups, good luck , Im hoping it will be ab easy fix for you.

I am sure sorry you have had such a tough time.  I would recommend you see your doctor and have at least a transvaginal ultrasound to check out that portion of ovary.  Maybe push for an MRI.
You might still have some endometrial tissue migrating around too which can cause all kinds of problems (as I am sure you know).
Women who have used fertility drugs should have their ovaries carefully monitored as there may be a link with ovca and some of your symptoms are the symptoms of ovca.
Do tell your doctor that you had the pain for months and do not let him/her brush you off.  Pain in your lower legs could be any number of things.
Best of luck to you and keep us posted.
