Partial Ovary found

Have confirmed partial ovary on CT, after having BSO in May- having pelvic pain still, just like before sx. [Pathology during this sx, multiple cysts everywhere.] MD did Estradiol/FHS. First labs (+) for active ovary tissue, 2 wk & 3 wk later labs just opposite, show menopause- Help very frustrated!! Is it possible to have these conflicting lab values/pain??

Hi,
Pelvic pain can be due to pelvic infection and inflammation, endometriosis, colitis or urinary infection. Remnants of ovarian tissue can be left behind after a total hysterectomy and this may undergo cysts formation. Lab results need to be correlated with symptoms and findings of examination. Consult your Doctor.
Hope this helps.
