Pelvic Cysts w/speptations

I am not sure if this is the right forum to post this question........I am 52. 15 years ago I had a total hysterectomy including the removal of both ovaries. This Dec while having a an abodominal MRI done, it was discoverd that I had a cyst on the right side in my pelvic cavity,  appox 5cm x 4cm w/septations. After further testing(3) with transvaginal ultra sound, the cyst still remains and 2 other smaller ones have been noted on the left also with septations. I am now beginining to have noticable symptoms, of pain, backache and general discomfort .  I am not axious to have surgery, a laporoscopy is out because of my previous surgery. I feel that it might be in my best interest to have these cysts removed because my Dr. can not be 100% sure that there is no cancer.  Has anyone ever had this kind of medical problem? Is anyone familar with this and what was their course of treatment?
