The thing is the apointment is on 28th which is the 26th day of my cycle  with varies between 28 and 31 days. Do i need to cancel because wont my uterus be full of blood ready for my period.

your uterus will be ok to examine,,,the time that bleeding impeds an exam is if they are doing a pap smear.  if you are bleeding and are scheduled for a pap you will likely need to reschedule...ob gyns have examined women at all stages of cycle,,,explain where your at in cycle they will understand.

Thanks cherie i feel a lot better knowing that, i am slightly worried though because, last year when i had a smear and the one before that it had actually made me bleed quite a lot, and they came back clear.

its possible that the smear made you bleed just because your anatomy may be a bit different, all of ours is ,,,,back when I had a uterus mine was tilted and sat high...your cervix may be sensitive,,,as long as all came back well you good!! a bit of spotting if it happened before , Id just plan on wering a pad!

let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions feel free to pm me or post on here.Cherie
