Post-operation prolapse?

I had a total vaginal hysterectomy (for a uterine prolapse), bowel repair and bladder wall repair on July 7th this year.  After five weeks I had one very busy day cooking and also lifted a very heavy pot.  Since then I have felt as if my bladder wall has prolapsed again because my labia seem to be flapping against my urethra in a new way.  I have no pain.  This sensation is not constant and is most apparent when I am tired.  Have I given myself another prolapse?

PLease tell me, is there something I could put on the ball to keep it from feeling so very dry and having toilet paper stick to it?

I too have a big pink ball sticking out but only when I stand. I  believe mine is due to being constipated almost all of the time and starting from early childhood. I notice the bulge hangs down  much more when I can not go to the bathroom. I try to push it up with my fingers but it comes right back down. I is uncomfortable because the lips are stretched so far apart.
When is the right time to get surgery and is it worth getting when so many people are suffering even after going thru multiple surgeries?
Do any doctors respond to our questions? I am 62 and not a good healer. I am trying to put this off for as long as I can.

Many thanks for the reply.  I'm seeing my GP on Wednesday and hope she will have some ideas.  Also, my pelvic floor muscles are still really weak,  although I'm doing the exercises.

You coould have, or it could be a blood vessel or swelling from being on your feet too long. If it does not hurt I wouldnt worry. Somedays I feel weird there too, and I had same thing done in Feb last
