Question about menopause

Menopause at 57
Now 2 years later - had bleeding no cramping
Now have cramping - without bleeding
Work-up
Ultrasound 7mm stripe
Biopsy - normal
Now ?? Abalation suggested
Any thoughts?

Abalation is where they go in and with a heated balloon inserted into the uterus it is heated to "burn" the lining

Just read your post. I'm not familiar with the term abalation. What is it?
