URGENT HELP

I  had  TOH/BSO On the 13thaug 2009.since then I have had no feeling in my pubic bone area and pain in my front passage after sex also bleeding after sex and feeling like I have been kicked in the private area.when I went to the doctors about this (without testing my water) she just gave me anitbotoics saying it was an infection and I would have alot of these know,I am going back to my surgeon today (being the 29th) because when I saw him at my 6wk check he said he wanted to see me again because of the lack of feeling in my pubic bone area,I have read that bleeding after sex can be due to the virginal passage not being as long as it used to be and that my partner could be hitting the cuff causing bleeding and pain,is this right,can you advise.If my surgeon just dischages me today how do I get my problems sorted or do I just accept this is how my body is going to be for the rest of my life.Thanks for listening L
