The doctor called this evening and told me my white blood count cells is normal, but my iron was low had anemia, He went ahead and prescribed me Levaquin for another 5 days, makes a total of 10 days at 750 mg, and I am going back after I take my antibotics, so he can talk with further, I know he always looks out for my best interest, and first and foremost I know God does so I am believing in God to see my through this using my family doctor, I will be transferring my records to another gyno this week for my 6 week check up I am goig to post another question, swollen belly it is crazy

Your coldness is the chills from fever,,I am certain that you have an infection please go to er get  cbc and get on some appropiate antibiotics,,ask for an injection to jump start it,,  the back pain could indicate the infection has spread to your kidneys..please, go see a doctor asap...not your gyno a different doctor,,Id seriously go to urgent care or er...you deffinatley need blood work...

Ok you just gave me a really important clue..he punctured your uterus in November...you may of had a slight infection from that, which your surgery irritated and Im hoping you dont have a staph infection....I dont want to scare you,,but it soundslike you got a really crappy doctor..If you just had a stroke in Sept...you need to put your health first..you have no choice ,,,heath is wealth..
A traditional hysterectomy involves an incision usually bikini line about 6 inches .sometimes it must be done vertically.....a laproscopic surgery uses special instruments that leave three ir 4 very small 1 inch or less scars..one is always in the navel...  Whats your fever been with out tylenol....101 or more indicates serious infection,,,its goood that you can bring it down but the number tells me something,

Thank for replying ,  I did go to my family doctor yesterday he didn't say but he didn't like the idea of douching either, cuz he asked who told you to do that, but that was all he said, I talked with my mother and she said not to ****** at all, i am going to call my doctor about my blood test on monday and he put me and an antibotic for this weekend to be safe I am able to keep my fever down with taking intervals of tylenol and advil per my family doctor, he didn't not explain about what lap or the other on the surgery, he really hasn't told me a whole, I never had surgery before so I guess it is my fault for not asking more questions, but I trusted him , he tried to do NovaSure back in Nov. and he punctured the lining of my uterus, I am afraid he would be afraid to tell me if anything was wrong, my belly feels so swollen right now worse then it did the first week, sorry this is so long, i had a stroke in sept and this has led me down the road to this thru everything, i am scared now to tell work that maybe i shouldn't come in, i am praying know God is going to bring me thru this soon, but I do feel I got f**** excuse my language Thank you anything else you could we be great

Hi there I think Monday is too soon for you to go back to wrok particularliy since you been ill, its not un common to get some sort of virus or bacterial infectionj after any surgery,,your body is in great stress. you may look ok on the outside but your insides are raw and healing..that requires a little self pampering and rest...if the word you got **** out is d ouche..no way,,,theres no way Id advise you to do that....most doctors believe thats old fashioned...your going to disturb your natural ph balance..I wouldnt think it would be wise especially with internal glue and or stitches.

I think your in need of another opinion why not go to your family doctor and see what they say if the fever and back/belly pain continues, if your fever is above 101 please go to emergency...you dont want to risk a systemic infection....
No disrespect to your doctor but  think you need more time off to heal ..did you have a lap hysterectomy..I had a divinci robotic and it took me 3 weeks to feel up to doing anything..I also got a slight fever but was put on antibiotics right away,,are you on antibiotics?
