annoying pimple on the left labia lip of my vagina

i have this lil bump its like a boil or small pimple on my left labia, its annoying as heck and i cant get to where i can pop it cause its nestled in a area where i just cant get a good hold on it. i dont have needles or anything to get rid of it. im worried cause i might have to go to a doctor about it and get them to get rid of it. ive had boils on my labia before and ive managed to pop them but this one i cant get a good grip on. its not life threatening dangerous its just plain aggravating and annoying and its made my left labial area sore and a lil red. are there any home remedies for baths to help clear it up or make it to where it could be popped. or do i have to go to a doctor for them to get rid of it? i had a partial hysterectomy back in 2007 and i have this occasional spotting bleeding period thing even though its not a period, i had it last month and its now january and i dont know if these annoying pimples are the side effects of the spotting. if anyone has advice on this i would like to hear it. thanks and i appreciate if anyone can help me with this.

I don't know if what you have are side effects to anything, being that I had not had my hysto yet, but I know that soaking in a hot bath with epsom salt helps with boils...it helps to draw the boil out...hope this helps you!

I have had cysts on my labia before and it would grow very fast and it was very painful, so much to where I could hardly sit...my gyno had to lance them, which wasn't painful...and it was sooo much better afterwards...thankfully hadn't had one in a few years...hope u get to feelin better soon...
