hysterectomy making things hard

In June of last year I had a total hysterectomy.   Up until about 6 months after I felt great and was just on a low dose of estrogen. I am only 34.  I have a 9 year old girl and a 3 year old boy and my husband is 7 years younger than me. I am battling major night sweats, hot flashes, moodiness,  anxiety, depression, and now reflux, sleep issues...etc. I am not sure the best thing to do. I feel like I just have more and more prescriptions thrown at me and I am overwhelmed. Any advice would be helpful.

You man need an increase on the hormone you are taking. I would make an appointment with your doctor.

I have been on the patch since the day after surgery and have not had any issues whatsoever. Now I did need an increase on the dosage, but that was about 8 months ago.
