Now that I am continuing to recover from Ovarian Cancer and the subsequent surgery my relationship has suffered a set back. I have no sex drive and although it had waned a little from being post menopausal, its now dead. Has the loss of the ovaries mean that I will probably live out the rest of my sexual potency as a eunich? Does my body still produce estrogen and progestren and will the levels remain low?

I'm glad to hear your recovering from cancer. That's great news. When you had the hysterectomy you went through surgical menopause. I'm sure your Dr does not want you to take any hormones because of the previous cancer. I would ask him/her about natural supplements and if it's safe to try those.
