it was left in there because after my six week check up after number of times of complaining of pain and constant bleeding the doctor finaly sent me for a scan and found that most of the placenta was left behind and that i had to go and have a d&c by assisted scan to remove it but was rushed in a week later as they had'nt removed it all and to this date i still have some there and i now have been diagnosed with endrometriosis which they have tryed to fix but beening in so much pain and still bleeding they are now having to op for a hysterectomy in 3 weeks time.

I suppose anything is possible,  but I highly doubt a doctor would leave the placenta in there.....read some posts in here and google endometriosis for more info.
WHy would you think the placenta is in there? How long ago?
