i had a hysterectomy 20 years ago. I am now bleeding from my vagina. weeks before this i was in severe pain in my side it all of a sudden went a way.,also spells of being light headed,and the blood from my vagina is bright red.

Hi,
The cause of bleeding needs to be investigated. This can be from the cervix or vagina in case of a partial hysterectomy. An internal examination and an ultrasound scan should be done. Consult your gynaecologist.
