Hello,
After hysterectomy, hormone replacement therapy should be given which would consist of estrogen alone usually given daily by pill or sometimes weekly or biweekly skin patch. However hormonal replacement therapy should be given for a short time only as long term use may be associated with a small increase in breast cancer.Family history and the individual’s medical history are to be taken into account while prescribing hormone replacement therapy.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Allow yourself to heal, don't rush ANYTHING. Keep your follow up appointments.

I had a full one and healed fast, I did not have nor do I have any issues from it. I am however on HRT patch. I know my night sweats stopped...
