I am 30 years old ..i was operated for uterine fibroid before 5 years ago, During my operation some part of my uterus was being removed . While fallopian tubes and both ovaries are present ….

After one month of operation I just get little bleeding but not regular menses …it makes me really upset whenever any doctor say you cannot get periods after this operation or you cannot get pregnant …

I am unmarried and I m afraid I get marry will I get pregnant or not ..It’s a desire of every women to have her own child..
I am really in a frustrating situation ,No one is helping me ,every one says you cannot get periods ,because you little uterus …Please help me .

Uterus anteverted bulky having no solid or cystic mass. Uterus measure 55*25*28(Length*width*transerve diameter).Central thin endometrial echo texture. Oedematous cervix of smooth outline
No fluid cul-de-sacs..

Both adenexa are clear having no solid or cystic mass
Right ovary visualized having multiple irregular outline follicles..
DUB due to hormonal imbalance

It sounds like you need to see an OB specialist. I wish I could give you an answer to your question about being to have children, but I just am not sure. I would imagine it all depends on how much of your uterus they removed. Don't give up on having kids though. You do have your ovaries so you may be able to use a surrogate.
