urethrolysis
had marshal markette bladder suspension 9/07 couldn't void afterwards. self cath for 5 months. recently underwent urethrolysis and now can void a little, however, still need to cath in the middle of night. still having bladder spasms when voiding.

is this a common problem after bladder suspension and if so, does this mean I must undergo yet another surgery for the release of original surgery?
