vaginal pain and bleeding 4 months after partial hysterectomy

Do I need to be alarm? What should I do? Do this suppose to happen? What is my options?

You don't say how much bleeding, no bleeding at this point would be normal. You can have bleeding with bladder infection or yeast infection in vagina.  Do you have irritation in vaginal area?  You can have bleeding after intercourse as well. If none of these things sound like the reason for bleeding you should call for apt with physician asap.

I would see my doctor.  I believe that if you still have your cervix there can be some bleeding from that, but again, I would suggest you see your doctor.
Don't panic!  Some of the pain just could be part of the normal healing process too.
