twice the dose done to my daughter .

Hi , I went to doctor for my daughter 4.8 years for fewer , i had his clinic report where no update in vacannine chart , but for 5 th year vacaanine i did to my daughter in 4.3 years. my question is vaccaine did before 5 months the same repeated  to my daughter , is there will be any problem in her health now as well for her future too ? i am not able to sleep breif in details pls. is there any solutions to check with doctor.
