Flu clinics

Does any one know how to start a flu clinic? The company I work for is look to start their own, but can't find any information on how to even get started. Any help would be great.

I would contact your local health department to see what they have to offer. Also a company called MAXIM Healthcare often sends nurses to companies, schools, and pharmacies during flu season to administer flu shots.
