Hep B Need Help!!!

Hi Recently About A Week Ago I Had Sex With A Street Worker , The Condom Broke As I Ejaculated , I Have Never Been Vaccinated Before ! So I went to the clinic and had First Vaccine Done After 10 hours ! (Don't know if this will Stop The Virus ) I Heard Of HBIG Injection to instantly Killing The Virus From Entering The Body , I Went To Hospitals And Clinics And None Of Them Either Don't Have it Or Refusing To Give it me ! Im in the UK by the way . I'm so scared !
