Live virus and bacteria in Inoculation

I'm interested in making a list of inoculations that use live, or partly live, agents. These can be dangerous to patients having immunosuppressant therapy.

I'd also like to know the list of infectious diseases commonly found in the US.

The application of live agents to domestic and farm animals could be useful. I understand these agents are also used in seed fertilization but I don't know if that creates an infection risk.
