I had the shingles vaccination over four years ago. but now I feel a tingling itchy all over at times.
It's as if I had rough wool shirt on. But not bad. Just a nuscence.

I  Will check with my doctor had my next visit
I had neuropathy 10 years ago. The neurologist treated me as if I were diabetic which I was not. The third urologist bothered to diagnose my problem and I was cured but left partially crippled with dead nerves in my legs.

Hello,
it may be unrelated.
However, I suggest you see a Dr and get a full medical workup.  In particular you should be tested for things like diabetes.  In some cases this may first present as strange sensations (neuropathy), caused by high blood sugars.
