Small hard lump

My 5 year old son got his K booter shots about 3 weeks ago.  I noticed tonight a hard, small, hard lump under the skin.  I can't remember if that was the exact sight of the injection but am wondering if it would be there this long after.  Is there any thing else it would be and should I be worried?

Thank you

it might be the place were the injection was given, there is no need to worry about it , it might be a small clot which rarely happens when they give injections and if we dont rub the place injected immedieatly.just give him hot water massage on the place for few days it will go automaticallly.
