Smallpox vaccination

Does any one know if there is a clinic/medical facility where someone could get a smallpox vaccination? (Particularly in North Carolina) I remember when they were worried about a biological attack a few years ago, medical personel were vaccinated and student volunteers were vaccinated to test the old vaccine (Dryvax) to see if it could be diluted and still be effective.  Thousands of doses of a new smallpox vaccine were made and are in storage and anyone who wanted to be vaccinated or be re=vaccinated could request it. Just wondering if someone could still request one.
