granular pharyngitis

i have been going through really bad time since about 2 years . Firstly i didnt knew what was going on . The back of the tongue it gets all scratchy feeling and u just cant talk freely. Its so embarrasing at time . Its feels at times its better to end up life than to live with this . Granular pharyngitis Can u help me out with this . diagnosis and treatment if u have any idea . Will surely appreciated your help . thanks
