Hi! In adults, the only known contraindication to hepatitis A and B vaccine are allergy to yeast, and a previous reported allergy to the vaccine in self/or family. If there is a possibility of allergy, then a sub/intra-dermal test is usually done before vaccine administration. Vaccine an be given in aortic-regurgitation, however, please confirm with your cardiologist before taking the vaccine.
Take care!
