mmr vaccine and pregnancy

I unfortunately had a stillbirth 3 weeks ago and was told to wait 3 months before to start to conceive again as I had the mmr vaccine given to me after the birth. But all the websites I've checked said that we only have to wait 1 month before to try to conceive after the mmr vaccine is given to you. I am a bit confuse. Could you help?

Yes, on another forum I visit...some say 1 month, others say 3 months and some even say 12 months.  IMO, I would at least wait 3 months if not more.  I don't buy the whole 1 month time frame.
