vaccinated again, or titer testing?

woman had all the usual vaccinations as a child, but does not have an official vaccination record now. is it safe and healthy, to receive all those vaccinations again now, just to show official proof of receiving them? or, is a titer test a better medical solution? cost differences between titer testing or receiving vaccinations again?

I would think it's probably cheaper just to get vaccinated again.  I had to get a few shots over again when I went to grad school at 40, because the school insisted, and my records were incomplete.  It was sure no big deal to get them as an adult.
