A way to turn off the "online now" and hide my status?
Is there an option to turn that feature off if I don't want people to see when I am online?

I had no idea this feature existed. I followed the instructions to set that only my firends see when I'm online, but how do I see if they are online? I've not noticed anything that states this. Looking in all the wrong places???

Got it thanks. :) I'll leave it set so my "friends" can see me online.
Yes, you can change your privacy settings at anytime and as often as you want. Go to My MedHelp, then click on Settings in the upper right corner. Then click the Privacy link and you'll see a setting for "Sees my online status". By default, this is set to only show your online status to your friends, but you can change it to display to everyone or nobody.
