All the data disappeared on my app

I have downloaded the My Cycles app on my iPhone and have been using it for more than a year. When I opened it today, it was loading for a very long time but still could not open. When it finally opened, I found out that all the data was gone. Everything was gone and the calendar is empty. Can anyone help? Thanks

Hi Emily, Your coworker Amber have been emailing me and is helping me resolve this issue. I have the latest version of the app and it crashes when ever I opens the app. I am using an iPhone 4S. I immidiately did what you mentioned above when I luckily opened it once yesterday or the day before. Thanks!

Hi there -

I'm sorry this has happened.

It would be really helpful if you also could tap on Settings in the app (by tapping on the 3 bars at the top to open the menu), then Support, and send us an email. If you could say "yes" when it asks you to send data, we will be able to check things out from our end. Can you include whether or not you had synced your data to our site before today?

This will allow us to capture your data, and what type of device you use the app on, and what version of the app you are having. If you could type in the email that you posted here, and a brief explanation of the issue, that would be great.

We will do our best to resolve this.
