Since this is a website where members volunteer to answer, they may not get to your question right away.  Also, if someone doesn't know how to answer your particular question, they may have read it but may have not left an answer that they don't feel comfortable in answering.

Sometimes it helps to post additional information to your original post in the comments section.  This will also move your question back up.
