Can't enter information

I've had my migraine tracker for a while now, and I used to be able to rate the intensity of the migraine. Within the last few months I haven't been able to do that, it just won't let me. Is there any reason for this? Is there any way to fix it so I can enter that information again?

Do you mean that the slider doesn't work for you?  Can you describe what happens when you try to add the intensity info?

Yes, the slider doesn't work. It doesn't do anything, it just won't let me slide it to the intensity level of the migraine. It looks like, according to my migraine chart, that all my migraines are of medium intensity, or yellow.
I'm using windows 7 with internet explorer.

I tried adding information on my Android smart phone and the slider worked and let me add the intensity information.
