Change Password

Could you please make this more complicated? I've been trying to find the link to change MY password for the last hour and, following YOUR directions doesn't get me to anything that looks REMOTELY like a link.
Going back to my home page, to "account settings" gives me my e-mail address & preferences.. No Password tab.
I thought I was on to something going to "personalize & Customize", then clicking on "settings & privacy "
THERE'S NO PASSWORD TAB!

Hi there -

I've already passed this on, and we really do need a different screen.  It confuses me, too.

Thanks!

OK, that finally worked, HOWEVER, after I managed to get my password reset, the screen blinked, then came up with the same screen, with the old & new password areas blank... looked like it didn't take the password, so I submitted it again. THEN the screen came back telling me the OLD PASSWORD was incorrect. I realized then that the first time I tried worked! So, after the new password has been accepted, could you please have the programmers show a DIFFERENT screen?

Hi there -

I'm so sorry for the confusion.  If you get the login page, then log in again, then go back to Account Settings, Login and Password, you should get the password change screen.

I'll be reporting this as a problem (it happened to me, too), and apologize for the inconvenience.
