Hi there -
We have removed the ad that caused this problem, so what you need now is to remove the malware from your computer. Our engineers recommend a program called malwayrebytes (www.malwarebytes.com) for this, and their free program will suffice to fix it.
In most cases, an updated anti-virus program will be enough to prevent malware from infecting your computer, but you need to keep it updated at least weekly. (Mine checks for updates daily, and you can usually set a schedule to check for updates and scan your system.)
Please let us know if you need any help with the malwarebytes, or with anything else.
We sincerely apologize for this, and we have implemented new safeguards to prevent this from happening again.

I had the same issue during that time frame. My computer security alert stated that a Trojan Horse had been detected and a list of other Spyware. This really is a major problem. Do your engineers have any advice on how to correct this and secure our computers after these attacks? A major issue!
Thank you so much, will definitely advise our team.
Hi. To let you know so you can let the engineers know, it happened again this morning to my computer when I got on med help. Thanks!!
Hi, folks,
We've reported this to our tech team and they're investigating things. It's always a good idea to boot into safe mode and do a full scan of your system.

I have had that happen to me 2 times over the week-end! Thanks for posting this!! It happens when I try to click on a posting that MH has sent to my email.
I've been experiencing this lately, too. In fact, I just had this happen when checking on a question I asked myself.
Thank you so much, I have reported this to our Development Team. So we are investigating this now.
