DEFINITIONS SLEEP TRACKER

I'm wondering what the definitions for "Sleep attack: and "MSLT" in events and symptoms are.

Hi there -

The MLST is a test for sleep disorders, and it stands for Multiple Sleep Latency Test.

A sleep attack is the sudden and irresistible urge to sleep. This happens in narcolepsy and some other disorders.
