Email Notifications coming days late

Hi,

I have been noticing a lag in the email notifications. Yesterday I got six notifications from comments, personal messages and "sticky notes" that were sent earlier in the week.  This is not the first time this has happened but it seems to be getting worse.   I like getting the email because sometimes, I do not always check my "My Medhelp" page.  Just wondering if this was happening to anyone else.

Thanks for reporting this. We've looked into the issue and it appears that your Internet Service Provider had reported the MedHelp emails as spam and blocked all emails. We've since called them to rectify the situation, so when they unblocked the emails, they all went through. If you experience this problem in the future, please let us know and we will work to resolve it quickly.

I am having the same problem.  Yesterday or the day before I sent MedHelp a notice through their "contact us" page.  I haven't heard anything yet, but I'm same as you; I don't check my page every day and I really like getting email notice.  Let me know here if you hear anything.
