Exercise Tracker & Workout Routines

I am new to the site...literally a few days...and I am having difficulty logging my exercise time accurately.  Is there or could there be a way for us to "customize" our entry?

My exercise time is not "pure," i.e. only one activity.  For example, I am moving from walking to running using a 8 week training plan -- walk-run; lower body strength training using body weight; low impact aerobics; etc.  Currently, the entries look something like the following:  running day -- 13min running; 27min walking; and recovery day -- low impact aerobics; 30min weights.  The system will not allow me to log under the same time (4:00AM).  How do I show this is alternating between the different activities?

That one is hard enough, but the fat burning intervals are even worse...8-, 12-, or 20- intervals moving between walking/marching in place to high intensity jumping jacks, skaters, twists, etc.  Or...supersets? measuring perceived work? exertion?  Please help!?!?

In my dream world, the exercise community at large would work with the tracker community and vice versa in order for the users to download the designed plan into our trackers.  However, at this point in reality I'm excited to input the plan one component at a time.  :o)

Thank you for all the work you've done here and continue to do.  I am very excited to find a place where everything can be tracked and communicated in one place.  GOOD JOB MedHelp!

Blessings,
sd

Thank you so much for the wonderful comments I will be sure to share this with our team of developers that are dedicated to our trackers and applications.  As for your customization question, we will certainly look into this and respond when we have more information available.
