JUST HAD AN IDEA.  HOW ABOUT A FOOD JOURNAL.  IT'S HAS BEEN ON ALOT OF NEWS COVERAGE.  IT SEEMS PEOPLE LOOSE MORE WHEN THEY CAN KEEP TRACK OF WHAT THERE IN TAKE IS.
