Finding posts on specific topics?

Perhaps it's just lack of knowledge of how to navigate, but I'm not sure I know how to locate posts on items of interest.  As an example, I posted a thread in the Eye Care community forum entitled "Argon Laser Pupilloplasty", but when I attempt to search for this exact phrase, the post does not come up.  I know it's there because I can find it when I review my personal posts, but I can't find it using the search feature.  Help anybody?

We had a glitch with the indexing system, and we are working on it, but that's why your post isn't appearing yet.  I don't have a time when it will be fixed, but we are currently working on it.
