Font size choice

I've had several members mention difficulty with the size of the font on MedHelp.  Eye strain and cognitive disorders are two of the reasons given.  It is hard to focus for a period of time without the words becoming blurred or appearing to run together.  Some of our disabilities or medications cause vision problems.  How do other members feel about having a way to set your font size, for better reading ability?

Thank you for your response.

Please use a browser that supports an increase in font size. If you have this issue with our site, you probably have it with other sites as our font type and size is pretty standard for the web. There are many browsers that support this feature, including Firefox.

I voted yes even though my browser allows me to increase the font size on any web page I look at.

Yes, and that is certainly helpful when one is in the forum.  However, this doesn't seem to be applicable to the other areas such as a profile, private message, etc.

There are three A's of different sizes in the upper right hand corner. They change the font size.

It may be just me but I really don't care for the type of font used and think the punctuation is especially difficult to see. The periods are practically invisable!
