Help with getting the care you need...

Is there a forum or group that discusses how to deal w/ doctors, insurance companies, other providers to get what they need? For exa, tips for getting a test approved, preparing before an appt to use the time well & get questions/concerns answered, how to request records, tips to document your care... As a R.N. and a consumer, I know how frustrating, stressful & challenging the "system" can be. I know I'd have tips to share if others wanted to ask. Thanks! <3

I think a lot of insurance questions are answered in their health-issue specific forums.  However, I will pass this suggestion along because perhaps a more specific forum is merited.

Thanks for the response, Lira! I asked cuz I've noticed in many posts people say they're confused by test results, how to speak to their MDs, what their plan of care is... I know how assertive I have to be to advocate for myself & how important it is to ask the "right" questions to the "right" people. Be well... <3
