How about a pain tracker?

I hope MedHelp trackers can put out a pain tracker.  The reasons are plentiful.  Pain can vary with many factors over time.  Recalling pain without objective documentation is often tricky, even for the best of us.  Pain can take on many different forms, locations, and intensities.  Many different concerns and conditions involve pain of one kind or another.  On a personal note, keeping a diary of pain is depressing, because I focus on the pain instead of keeping a balanced view of life.  These are just the first reasons off the top of my head.  I do not doubt that there are many more.

A few categories for a pain tracker could include:
- Type of pain: ache, burn, soreness, stabbing, stinging
- Location: joints (which ones), muscles, head, other
- Is it mostly on the right side, left side, or both?
- Is there any numbness or tingling (etc.)?

I am sure a few doctors could compile a list of pain symptoms to track.  This would be such a worthy addition to the site.

The pain tracker is now available. To add it, go to My MedHelp, look for your trackers shortcut panel, and click Add a Tracker. The new pain tracker will be listed as an option. Thanks for the suggestion!
