How do I delete communities I use to follow?

If you mean you want to alter your watch lists, click on My MedHelp.  On the left of the page, you should see an Applications box.  Click on Watch List, and make sure to check all of the tabs.  You can delete what you wish.

If you want to leave communities, then click on My MedHelp, then click on Profile (leftish upper part of the page).  Scroll till you see your communities, and click the X next to the communities you wish to leave.

I did try to just stop following but nothing went through yet????
