Emily....Thanks again! All is well now!
Thanks very much Emily....very helpful! And ps....the kitty is "Mia".
Oh and beautiful kitty. :)
Hi there -
Say for example you want to lose 50 lbs (and I have no idea what you want to lose, I am using this as an example). You can either choose to make a big goal and start today, using today as goal start date, and 6 months for goal end date. Or, if 50 seems too big, you can do smaller goals, like 10 pounds in a month, and use today as goal start date, and 8/15/10 as your goal end date. Some people find it easier to look short term, and then find accomplishment (and therefore motivation) as they achieve each smaller goal, working towards the big goal.
With these dates in place, the tracker will tell you how much more you have to go to reach the goal and how much time you have left to achieve it.
Hope that helps,
Emily
Hi Emily....Thanks very much for your response. I went to enter my information as you suggested, and I actually have a new question. Could you please tell me what is meant by "goal start date" and "goal end date"? I'm not understanding this. Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi there -
It looks like you haven't put in your start weight, goal weight, height, etc. When you click to open your tracker, click on Settings, and you'll see where to do that.
Let us know if that doesn't work.
