How do you check a response to a question I posted?

I am very new on this site and not sure how to navigate everything here. How do I read a response to a question posted, and responded to.. I want to read the response and don't know how to..

You can check for a response by going to your home page and clicking on the post in your "Recent Questions" section. Looking back at your post history, I think this is the post you're wanting to check?
