How to Reset Password?

I had forgotten my password so the system emailed me a temporary one.  Now I'd like to change it to one I can remember but the system is not allowing me to do so.  I am taken into an endless loop of logging in but it never gives me an option to change my password.

Yes, I'd like to know how to re-set password as well. Presumably there is a facility somewhere on the website, but I can't find it either. Martin

go to home page, then account settings, then look for pasword changes

This site is not user friendly when it comes to changing your password.  Has anyone found out how to do it.  All of the suggestions on the site are not accurate.

Those instructions don't work.  Why don't your technical people try it.  Log in, go to "account settings" and click on "password."  It just redirects you to the login screen.  No chance to change password.

We've had some complaints on this, but it checked out ok then.  We will check it out again.  

If you log in again, then try and change your password, does it work, or does it just continue to take you to the log in page?

When you go to Account Settings, then Login and password ... It still takes you to the log in page.

I am using W7 and Chrome, if that helps.

I tried the instructions again on "resetting your password" per the link above, but I still end up at the "Create a New Account or Log In" page...???

Hi there -

When you get to that page, can you try clicking on something like Inbox or My MedHelp at the top of the page?  You may be logged in, and it is taking you to the log in page in error.

Ah...  yes, it wanted me to log in again (even though I was logged in) and after logging in again it took me to a security question and then to the password reset page.  whew! but it worked!
